Hello i need your help.

i tried simple_traker_experiment.py in pygaze official site.


but

so i tried download 'constants' module in python , but not cleared. i need your help.

  • The examples on the Pygaze website can't be replicated 1:1 in OpenSesame since those are "pure" Python without a GUI, so that you have to program everything manually, while OpenSesame has a GUI and tons of built-in functionality. "Constants" isn't a module, it's a script: in Python, you'd usually create two scripts (one with constants, the other with the experimental procedure) and import whatever you define in constants.py into your main script. This isn't necessary in OpenSesame since you can define constant variables in the main experiment item. The most common variables you'd define in a constants script would be the screen resolution and the backend/disptype (psychopy, pygame etc), which can both conveniently be found there :)
