NaN in the BFinclusion

Hi,

I'm running a 2 x 2 x 9 mixed model Bayesian Repeated Measured ANOVA and using the baws method (effects - across matched models). In the analysis, I am getting NaN for the BFinclusion for the main effect of CS and block but B10 values are available in the model comparison. Any idea why I'm not able to get BFinclusion values for these factors?

Thanks:)

  • Hi Camilla,

From the output I cannot derive what went wrong. Could you perhaps send me the .jasp file at d.vandenbergh@jasp-stats.org? The data will be kept confidential of course.
