mediation and direct effects
I'm really digging JASP and its rapid ability to exeucte a mediation analysis.
I do have a question that I don't see answered elsewhere. The output seems to provide everything one needs to write up the mediation analysis. Are the direct effects that are displayed the equivalent of the regression that one would normally run in, say, the Process Macro of SPSS?
As well, I don't see the direct effects of the predictor onto the mediator; is that processed somewhere? Or are there other steps I need to take? As well, is the "standardized coefficient" the same as a "beta"?
In short, I'm a bit confused about what I should extract to write up the mediation (I'm used to using the more bulky steps via SPSS and similar). I see there was a post on this before, but i was hoping for a bit more elaboration. Thanks! I've attached a screenshot of my output if it's any help.
