Help selecting cognitive task

I am trying to research visual and verbal cognitive strategies to solve different tasks. I need to find a cognitive task that can be performed with both visual strategies and verbal strategies, but I haven't been able to find one. Do you know any tasks that fit the requirement? and do you have any article that supports this?

Thank you in advance.

  • Hi,

Basically any working memory task. Just use verbal or visual information as memoranda, or use visual information for both, but vary the amount you can verbalize it.

If you google scholar, visual working memory and verbalizing, you should find some papers to back this up.
