I tried to do that by using mt_average, calculating average trajectories for different time-normalized steps ( steps 1 - 25, 26-50, 51-75, 76-100), and then computing measures for each of those bins. However, I wonder how valid the results would be, since in the 2nd, 3rd & 4th bins do not start at 0. Would simply making the timestamp 0 for those bins help? And how would the spatial attraction measures be affected?
