opensesamerun not working

mll63mll63 Posts: 2

Hopefully this isnt redundant. I am trying to run a batch file for several opensesame experiments. I was having trouble with the opensesamerun tool. When I went to use it outside of the batch (to see what was going wrong) I found that opensesamerun just wont run anything. It attempts to open something but closes it immediately. Am I missing something? Are there any work arounds?

Note: the programs run when initiated through the normal GUI.

Thanks for reporting this. This is indeed a bug, and it will probably be fixed for the next maintenance release (3.2.2). For now, you can start opensesamerun by calling the Python interpreter (instead of opensesamerun.exe), like so:

    python.exe Scripts\opensesamerun

There's much bigger issues in the world, I know. But I first have to take care of the world I know.
