Reaction time issues

I am part of a research team and together, we've built a dot probe experiment for our research project, assessing attention bias to appetitive stimuli; also, our experiment uses mouse responses. We used the standard dot probe built in OpenSesame; we have been collecting data for a while, however, we noticed that reaction times are larger than expected. We used the standard reaction times computing that we found in OpenSesame, however, we have difficulties working out how our average reaction times were calculated and based on what formula.

Could you help us with this problem?
I have attached here the Google Drive access link to our dot probe as well as some of our output files.
Thank you!
