Error when attempting package install in latest Mac version ( [Errno 30] Read-only file system )

Many thanks to anyone who can help me sort this out, as I'm not usually a Mac user (usually a Linux user).

  • I wound up resolving this by having the Mac user run OpenSesame as root.
