Dear Prof E.J
I am very new to Bayesian analysis and Jasp. I am trying to analyze data which has 2 levels with an imbalance in cells.
So that task has 2 first levels (1,2) and 3-second level (3,4,5) conditions. The first level condition '1' has all the three sub-conditions (3,4,5) but condition '2' has only (3,4) individually for 3 groups. This data(RT and ACCu) were segregated based on the above combinations. Due to this imbalance, I am unable to perform repeated measures bayesian ANOVA.
1) Should I just run multiple t-tests with Bonferroni corrections for all combinations and groups? If so, could you also point to a reference I can cite it? is it pos
2) Is it possible to do mixed measures bayesian ANOVA by considering all the conditions (13,14,15,23,24) under the first level and test it across subjects condition?
I would be really thankful if you could kindly suggest the way to tackle this problem.
