I need individual trials to restart if a certain keyboard response is chosen.
In my experiment, participants have to look at images and decide whether they want to stop seeing them, or look at them for a longer time. I have set the keyboard response timeout to 5000 ms. I want to make it so that if they choose "left" they'll continue to the next image, and if they press "right" the trial will restart and timeout after 5000 ms. I appreciate your help!

The following thread might be helpful for your specific experiment, it does require a bit of inline scripting though:
In your example you would indicate left as
correct answerand right as theincorrect answer. Moreover, specify arepeat variabledirectly after a response has been given. Let me know whether this works out!Best,
