problems playing videos on a Mac (inverted image)
hi
I've had some troubles getting an experiment up and running - I realised the videos we are playing have the audio out of alignment with the video so had to change from Windows to Mac (as the videos were originally processed on a Mac). Colleagues overseas have tested the experiment using a Mac and it was fine. But the Mac I need to use is having problems running the experiment properly.
The experiment runs to the end (and the audio appears to be aligned) but instead of the "This is the end of the experiment" screen, it shows an inverted still from one of the videos (not necessarily the last one).
Any ideas of how to fix this? I'm using the latest OSX (Sierra) as Mountain Lion didn't work at all. We need to use the mpy plugin (for another more complicated experiment) with the Expyriment backend. I am playing the videos from the experiment folder, not the file pool.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Update: The issue occurs after the experiment runs the first time. So first time through it's fine, but every subsequent run the image conversion happens at the end. Closing OpenSesame and reopening seems to reset something so the first run is fine again.
Any ideas what is reset and if I can override it? I think it must be a Mac OSX issue (it's happening with both Sierra and Maverick, but colleagues in England can run the experiment I sent them on Macs using El Capitan and Yosemite with no problems).
Thanks again
