BF_10,U
Can anyone tell me what the ", U" stands for in the "BF_{10, U}" column in the posthoc tests in Bayesian ANOVAs? Thanks.

We should include that information in a footnote. The "U" stands for "uncorrected", so it is the BF from a t-test on the two pertinent conditions.
Cheers,
