MANOVA in JASP, or an R alternative?
Hi there - I've been really enjoying JASP, nice work with it!
I saw in an earlier discussion you had suggested that a Bayesian MANOVA was in the works. Do you know when/if this will be implemented? If not for some time, do you know of any R-code/packages or papers that would be a useful starting point to doing this sort of analysis without JASP?
Thank you

Hi Jamie
This may take a while. The BRMS package may do this, but it is not set up to do Bayes factor tests. I am not aware of any formal developments for Bayes factor MANOVAs, unfortunately. Then again, to paraphrase Lord Rutherford: "if your experiment requires a MANOVA, you should have done a different experiment" ;-)
Cheers,
E.J.
