cubic spline with knots

Does Jasp have anything equivalent to run cubic splines? I am trying to determine the periodicity, or interval length of estrus cycles. Any other suggestions on how to do this would be appreciated. Time series is something I have considered.

Not yet! And I would definitely turn to time series analysis. The Fourier spectrum should be particularly helpful, I think.
