Can't randomize internal loops that have been nested in a manin loop.

I'm designing a go/no go task with three different conditions. I followed the structure that @Edwin posted in this discussion https://forum.cogsci.nl/index.php?p=/discussion/814/open-nested-lists-functionality , but haven't been able to succeed in randomizing the presentation of the internal loops.
This is a screenshot or my experiment:
I used the [Loopname] to control the running conditions of the congruent, incongruent, and absent loops in the experimental_sequence. This is how i did it:
The main loop says it's going to run the items in a random order, but the experimental sequence is still running the internal loops in sequential order. Could you help me understand what i'm doing wrong please?

I would try to put the names of the conditions between double quotes, like :
[loopname] = "congruent"
