ANOVA analysis of effects
I have just run a Bayesian ANOVA (see attached png files) and in the analysis of effects one of the main effects is reported as infinite. Is this correct?
Cheers

Hi Mark,
Can't see the png's, but I think it is the result of rounding. When all of the models with non-zero (up to rounding~) posterior probability include the effect, the summed posterior inclusion probability is 1.0, and the corresponding inclusion BF is infinity. So: a rounding issue. The "real" summed posterior inclusion probability may only be 0.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 or something.
