We've had this question once before. I suspect you are clicking on the link that you see from within your Requester account, as in the image below? That won't work.

To test the HIT from MTurk you actually have to do it ‘properly’. You’ll need to open a second (worker) sandbox account. There’s a link to where to do that from in the StackOverflow answer
As a worker, you can then search HITs (or sort them according to the time they were created etc)
Then, once you accept the HIT, you’ll be able to follow the link without any errors.
