Analyzing Tobii 60 data_PygazeAnalyser

Hi,

I used PyGaze and recorded the data. I downloaded PyGaze Analyser in order to analyse my data. But I am not familiar with python and have trouble about how to use it. I am going into the forum but cannot get the answer that i am looking for.

Could you inform me about which steps I should take in order to analyse the data properly? I attached the data below. Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

  • Hi,

I don't have an answer to your question, but I can recommend this paper:

Mathôt, S., Fabius, J., Van Heusden, E., & Van der Stigchel, S. (2018). Safe and sensible preprocessing and baseline correction of pupil-size data. Behavior Research Methods, 50(1), 94–106. https://doi.org/10.3758/s13428-017-1007-2

  • Hi Paula,

    Thank you :)

  • Hi,

Did you find a way to analyze the Tobii data? After some data wrangling I managed to get some analyses done by using pupillometryR:

It would be great to hear if you have any recommendations.

  • Hi Paula,

I have been working on OGAMA (open gaze and mouse analyser) recently. It seems easier to analyse the TOBİİ data, but I also heard that it has a few bug. So, I still try to find a way.

    Thanks for your share.
