Jatos study link not working
Hi
I am helping a student to collect data for her dissertation using Jatos and opensesame. I had created a jatos server using digitalocean. The link worked fine a couple of days before but I am not sure why its not working. I am pretty new to server management and I am not aware of its nitty-gritty.
The error I get it: "A problem occurred: The study with ID 2 has no active components."
Can anyone help me resolve the issue.

Hi Vatsal,
Usually that error message appears if all components in a study are marked as inactive. (In the case of OSWeb studies, there's only one component).
What happens when you log in to JATOS and go to your study? There is a checkbox on the left side of the component that you can toggle between active/inactive (tick/cross).
