Difficulties with ANOVA
Hi,
im having some issue with running a two way ANOVA test. Every time I input my second fixed factor I keep getting the error message “Number of observations is < 2 in Dependent variable after grouping on fixed factor 1 and fixed factor 2.” My two fixed factors each have two levels so I’m not exactly sure what the problem is. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated

How many observations do you have in each of the cells? The feedback you are getting suggests this is the problem...

Please run a contingency table. Look for 0 obs in some cell. that was my problem. I have a large DB so fixing was not a problem. Just stuck some dummy data in (average).
