JASP files not opening

I've been running a study, with frequent specific analyses completed in JASP. Each specific analysis has its own datafile and separate JASP file to keep things tidy.

Today I tried to load two JASP files. One worked (but took several attempts before it loaded). The other showed the loading screen, but the progress bar didn't complete and the instance of JASP closed.

I still have the raw data, but not the JASP file with the analysis. It's only 2MB in size, so not huge.

Any ideas how to restore it? There are no error messages to give clues. (Running Windows 10 Pro, 64bit, 32GB RAM).

  • This is strange. There is always the option to unzip the JASP file and view the .html output file, but for a better solution please post this issue on our GitHub page so our programming team can assist you efficiently.

    Cheers,

    E.J.
