Manual for Bayesian Mixed Models in JASP?

Hi all,

I am very happy about the implementation of Bayesian linear mixed models in JASP. I know how to run linear mixed models within the frequentist framework in R. I am wondering whether there is a manual / tutorial for the procedure of model building, model fitting and the interpretation of Bayesian linear mixed models in JASP. If you know any helpful materials, please let me know :-)

Best,

Cathy

  • Hi Cathy,

This would be good to have. I'll make some inquiries.

  • Yes, that would be great, thank you!

  • OK, so our mixed modeling expert is not aware of any Bayesian tutorial papers. I guess we'll have to write our own! :-)

  • Hi Smiddy,

We actually started drafting the paper in December, so we will hopefully have preprint out soon :)
