Missing values in JASP

Hello,

I am trying to run a RM two way ANOVA and I have quite a lot of missing values. At the moment, I believe JASP is deleting the entire row(subject) if this contains one NaN. Is it possible to delete the missing values/NaN on a case-by-case basis i.e just delete/ignore that cell from the analysis instead of deleting the entire row?

Many thanks,

Alba

  • Not at the moment. We are working on the implementation of a missing data imputation routine, but we won't have that done for a few months.
