From Model-> Model Term, remove the factorA * factorB interaction.

It seems that there is something going on with your data structure that does not allow you to conduct this test. In your interaction, how many participants are there in each cell of the design?

If you have too few observations in your design, higher level interactions cannot be estimated. I suspect this is the problem here.
