Tobii TX300: Eye signal loss during callibration
Hello,
Did anyone else experience a weird loss of signal after first 10 s of displaying the positioning screen? This seems to happen on random and is sometimes (!) solved by restarting everything so I believed it has something to do with connection of the SDK module with the tracker. But, more interesting, the signal loss happens only when participants eyes are positioned centrally. Moving them to the side of the tracker's FoV causes the eye position to be tracked again.
To add to the mystery, in those situations Tobii Studio works fine.
Any hints welcome.
