Data lost in conversion jatos to xlsx
I'm running an experiment on Jatos, and I use Qualtrics query parameters to send a variable (their login id) from Qualtrics to Jatos. When I download the data, this variable is present in the .txt file, but when I convert the .txt file to a .xlsx file using OpenSesame, this variable is no longer present. This happens when just downloading data from 1 person, but also when using data from a whole batch. What could be going wrong, and how can I ensure that this variable is logged in the .xlsx file as well?

If the information is there on the text file, then it's not an issue of storing the data but converting it instead. I've moved the conversation to OSWeb and am tagging @lvanderlinden who might be able to answer.
