Default settings in mixed bayesian ANOVA

Hello,

I am currently writing an article in the framework of which I am conducting a Bayesian anova in a mixed scheme using jasp. I use basic settings for priors and sampling. I wanted to ask what exactly is the default sampling scheme in jasp, so I'm be able to report it in the article.

Thank you in advance!

Szymon

  • Hi Szymon,

Do you mean the Bayesian linear mixed model, or the Bayesian ANOVA?

    E.J.

  • Bayesian repeated measures anova with extra between subject factor :)

  • That analysis uses the BayesFactor package in R. Have you checked their documentation?

    Cheers,

    E.J.

  • I've missed that information! Thank you for incredibly quick response!

    Cheers,

    Szymon
