Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your question. If you can't change the settings in JASP, you could perhaps find a converter online.

If you go to "Preferences" -> "Results" you can untick "display exact p-values". Very small p-values will then be shown as "<.001". Let me know if it is working for you.
Sometimes we really don't have much of a choice and we have to present the numbers in scientific notation, as the tables will become unreadable if you include values such as .0000000000000000000002345 or 45456667676763032001212122, for instance.
