JASP - how to calculate partial eta square for simple main effects
Hi,
I am conducting planned comparisons on an ANOVA using simple main effects:
I get the results down below and was wondering if there is an option to see the partial eta square of the analyses below. I see the sum of squares of the effect, but not that of the error so I also cant calculate manually (SSEffect/SSEffect+SSError)

For ANOVAs, you can calculate partial Eta squared from the F statistic.

Thanks, it would be great if presenation of effect sizes would be an option in simple main effects in the future, but the calculator seems awesome.
