Repeated Measures ANOVA - error

ARFARF
edited March 2021 in JASP & BayesFactor

Hi all,

I have a .csv file with 1000 rows and 35 columns. I am trying to do a repeated-measures ANOVA with 2 factors (1000 rows and 14 columns in the model). However, I am getting an error (see figure).

If I perform the analysis with only 1 factor (1000 rows and 7 columns), it runs.

If I perform the analysis with 100 entries instead and 2 factors (100 rows and 14 columns), it runs.

Does JASP has a limitation on the amount of data it can process? I am quite sure that I don't have empty cells on the design matrix.

Thank you!

  • I think this is more of an issue for our GitHub page, as the JASP programming team will have to help you out on this one...
