Sounds experiment inaudible on Mac

We designed our experiment, which includes sounds, on a Windows computer. When we do the experiment in OSWeb on another Windows computer the sounds work perfectly. However, when we do the experiment in OSWeb on a Mac, the sounds are inaudible. Does anyone know how to make the sounds audible for an Apple device?

Hi,
You sure it is being played? You could try choosing a different (audio) backend. Or using a different file format. Other than that, I wouldn't know what could be the issue (in most cases it has to do with the files themselves)
