JATOS/OSWeb Batch Session Data for counterbalancing doesn't work

I am trying to counterbalancing my experiment using Batch Session Data. I followed the guide here (the link to download the template experiment seems to be broken).
When I then try the experiment, OSWeb doesn't seem to be able to get the condition from Jatos. Here is what I have as error:
The "uno" error is related to the fact that condition is undefined.

My expertise is more for JATOS and not for OSWeb: is it possible that your JATOS server doesn't allow websockets? The first error message seems to point at this and all other errors just follow. Can you check JATOS' test page if websockets work?
Thank you very much for your answer! I am checking the problem with the IT of my University. I suspect it has to do with the fact that I do not have admin rights. I can't even access JATOS' test page.
Yes you need admin rights for that.
