Hypothesis test with 2 means in the null hypothesis

I am looking at the "Weight Gain" file that came with JASP, and I am making a claim that the higher the weight before value is, the higher the difference value is. How can I actually test that hypothesis though? A one sample T-test doesn't seem to be correct.
