This site can't be reached

in JATOS

Hi I am conducting a experiment by JATOS.

Today when I open the link of JATOS it show "This site can't be reached". Two day before it sitll work.

And I can not Login by its web site entrance.

If somebody know what could be the problem？

    we need a bit more information: which JATOS are you using? Mindprobe? Your own server? Your institute’s server?

    @elisa Is the web that generate the experiment link. I think is institute’s server because the account is provided by my supervisor.

    Then you should contact the IT from your university. Jatos is just the software that the server runs, we have no information or control over your specific server.
