Sorry for the late reply. I believe what you are saying is correct: not influencing purchase (2) Is coded here as the value 1 in the logistic regression. That means the logistic regression is about not influencing purchase (2).
You can actually change which level is coded as a 1 by adjusting the order of the variable. More on how to do this can be found in the manual (https://static.jasp-stats.org/Statistical%20Analysis%20in%20JASP%20-%20A%20Students%20Guide%20v1.0.pdf) at the bottom of page 3.
