empty/collapsed Plots window in JASP 16.2 and 16.0
So here is the problem(shown in figure below):
Yesterday, I attempted to draw a raincloud plot for my paired samples T-Test with my JAPS16.0. But no matter how I tried, I cannot change the Xlab and Ylab of the figure(cannot add units of the measures), and the software always warned that there is no project, and then the software would collapse(but there IS a figure indeed). So today I install the latest version——even worse. Not only raincloud plots but descriptive plots were all gone, and I cannot save any figure(which means it's not a problem about figure display). I don't know if I should uninstall the 16.2 version then reuse 16.0(regardless of some deficits).
Has anyone experienced the same situation? If so, would U like to share some experiences on how to deal with such bugs? Thanks a lot!😥

Have you turned on "safe graphics" in the preferences? If that does not work, please post this on our GitHub page!

Thanks for your comment, but unfortunately it doesn't work😥 I‘ll post the bug on Github later, before this I'll try installing JAPS 16.0. Maybe old versions are more stable on my PC🤣.
