Model averaging effects from the BayesFactor output.
Hi,
Sorry if this question has already been asked -- I searched the forum but didn't find anything similar.
I'm trying to reproduce a Bayesian ANOVA done in JASP in the BayesFactor package in R, and I'm two problems.
The first is that the BF10 results don't seem to match, although this may be explained by different model options, and the second (and most important) is that I don't know to create model averaging effects BayesFactor output.
EJ, I suspect you know the answer to these problems.
Thanks!
Tomás

Update:
Found the (possible) solution for problem #1:
We'll soon (this week, hopefully) preprint a paper in which we outline a problem with the currently standard way of specifying RM models in BayesFactor.
Oh, okay! Looking forward to reading it.
Meanwhile, I've got another problem: I'm trying to run a Bayesian linear regression in JASP and I keep getting this error when I ask for the posterior summary output - "All effects are specified as nuisance"
