Failure to export results (v 3.7.4)

Hi :)

When trying to export the results for our study, the "Working" message shows but the results are never exported:

We followed the troubleshooting instructions, but it didn't help.

We use DigitalOcean for our storage.


Any idea why it might not be working?

    Which browser do you use to download the results? Can you please try with Chrome?

    And if this doesn't help: are there error messages in the developer tools?

    I destroyed the droplet and set it back again, and now it's working.

    Not sure what I did wrong at the first time.
