OSweb operating systems and browsers

Hi All,

I have an experiment which is running on JATOS (so actually unsure where to post), which is made of three separate tasks, each designed in open sesame.

I am having the issue that the tasks do not open on some browsers and or operating systems. First of all, the task does not open in Safari: I can just see the first sketchpad and audio does not start. Pressing the keyboard to progress does nothing. see screenshot.

it is able to run on MacOS Monterey on Chrome, Firefox, and Vivaldi, and some colleagues who have Widows have managed to open the task (unsure of their operating system)

I tried both exporting my task with the xperyment backend, and with legacy. Same results.

Does anyone know how I can solve

these incompatibilities?
