Showing the entire duration of a 30s video clip

I'm very new to OpenSesame, and I'm doing an experiment about perceptual inference, where I want to show a 30s horror clip and afterwards have the participant detect some monsters in ambiguous stimuli. The problem is that when I run the experiment the videos only shows for a short flash and then it gets dark but the sound continues for the entire duration. In the media_player plugin, I set the duration to 30000 ms, and I'm using OpenSesame version 3.3.12. Have you any idea what could be the problem? I can run the entire experiment, just without the video visuals...

I also want to record the amount of key presses for each stimuli, I've used the keyboard response, but it doesn't seem to collect the amount of key presses..

Not sure what the issue with the video might be but I recall having seen posts in this forum where a possible solution was to try a different back end. Yu also try editing your video and saving it as a different type of file (mp4, for example).
