results of Bayesian ANOVA and ANOVA
Hi, everyone! I do analyses in JASP to test whether an effect is stable across three experiments.
In ANOVA, it shows p < 0.001, rejecting the H0 hypothesis. In Bayesian ANOVA, it shows B01= 2015, favoring the H0 hypothesis. It seems these two analyses reveal the opposite result. Is it possible to happen like this, or did I wrongly interpret something?
Thank you in advance!

It turn I interpret the Bayesian results worng. I don't know how to delete this discussion, sorry😓.
:-) Yes, when in doubt about what the subscripts mean, I always look at the change from prior to posterior model probability. That shows massive evidence in favor of H1, in line with the classical result.
