Online exp that does not end at the end
Hi everyone,
I hope I can find some help here. I built an experiment, it works well on my computer (on local), but as soon as I try it out on the browser, there's a bug.
Basically, after a training task, a main task and a sociodemographic questionnaire, I thank my participant in the last screen, with my email just in case and saying to "press any key to close the experiment".
But on the browser, the last screen displayed is actually the 'feedback' screen of the main task.
I tried to change the logs place, delete and redo the sketchpad or tried with the feedback element, nothing changes, the last screen display will not be the good one. The very same issue happens once I run the exp directly from Jatos.
The time is actually set on "keypress" but even if I change it for a time length, it seems like it froze.
I found a parade, as the last screen would be the previous 'sketchpad/feedback' displayed in the previous loop , I put a 1ms sketchpad in my sociodemographic loop, and it works; there is my thanks screen at the end of the experiment. However an issue persists. In jatos, as the expriment never really finishes, I only have "DATA_RETRIEVED" status not "FINISHED", therefore the data files are not very clean and I do not have the option to extract "Files only" as supposed to.
I could guess there is a problem with the online switching but I do not understand where is the problem. For info, I do not have any personnalised inline_javascript.
I tried my best all weekend to search if anyone had the same issue but unsucessful, I reach to you, I hope I made myself clear.
Thanks,
Aurélia

Hi @morelia ,
If you could upload your experiment here I'm sure we can find out what's the matter.
Cheers,

Hi @lvanderlinden ,
Thank you for you reply.
Here is my experiment, with the "parade" of 1ms sketchpad.
You can also try it from mindprobe but it is the final (long) version. https://jatos.mindprobe.eu/publix/jIueoq9tW19
I hope you can find the issue,
I wish you a great day,
Aurélia
