Problem getting a Mindprobe account

Hello everyone,

I would like to run my experiment online but my institution does not have a JATOS server that I can use for this purpose. Therefore, in order to use MindProbe for my investigation, I sent a email to info@mindprobe.eu requesting an account but I have not received a response yet. I keep checking my SPAM folder just in case and I have also email them again. Has anybody have the same problem? Does it usually take a while before getting a response?

    No problem, I can create accounts on Mindprobe too. Usually I don't but I guess Lotje took a couple days off or something. But I have no access to the info@ email account. So, can you send me your email address (easiest is in a direct message in this forum) and I will create an account for you.
