Issue with intercept: comparing Bayes and Frequentist model

Hi all,

I computed the same regression models in a Bayesian and frequ. way expecting the parameter estimates to be almost equal. This is true regarding the slopes but the intercepts of both models are quite different. In fact, in the Bayes model the mean of the outcome equals the intercept in all models.

I am confused about this issue and would be grateful for a helpful advice.

Unfortunately it does not work to attach the JASP file, gladly I can send it by e-mail.

Regards,

Saskia
