Formal comparison of networks in JASP
Hi,
I am wondering whether and how I can do a formal comparison of relations within networks across groups in JASP, i.e. compare the networks for two groups to each other? Specifically with Mixed Graphical Models.

Hi Kati,
We still need to implement a network comparisons features in JASP (implementing the Network Comparison Test is on the agenda as a feature request). Which network characteristics are you interested in (e.g., the structure of the edges, centrality measures, or edge weights)? You can always save the weight matrix of both networks and perform a simple correlation on them as a measure of similarity.
