Bayesian repeated-measures ANOVA

I had a quick question with regard to Bayesian repeated-measures ANOVA - is there is any way to compute the mean differences and 95% credible intervals for each of the factor levels normalized to a given factor (i.e., control condition) rather than the intercept (i.e., mean value of all the data). Any advice would be greatly appreciated (I apologize if this question is not great). Thank you very much!
