Mixed ANOVA assumption checks
Hi team,
May I ask about the alternative option in JASP for mixed ANOVA/mixed ANCOVA when assumption checks are violated? when either or both of normality test and homogeneity test are violated.

So we are dealing with the scenario where the data are clearly in violation of these assumptions, meaning that the violations invalidate the usual test. In that case, I would be tempted to explore particular transformations (e.g., the log). Ideally there would also be a rank-based method but that it not available.
