I am not sure (you would think so), but in JASP you can get the standard error of the mean from, say, Descriptives and several other analyses as well (T-test etc)
So far you cannot get the standard error of measurement in JASP. To obtain a single value for the sem you could transform the reliability, that is, sem = sd(sum scores) * sqrt(1-rel). I dont know about the confidence interval though.
