the way to do this is with the batch session functions, see here for more details: https://www.jatos.org/Session-Data-Three-Types.html
it will be more difficult to adapt or modify your LabJS script than if you had programmed it “by hand” though, just because you lost some flexibility. but you could ask Felix, or in their forum, how to do that.
