network analysis: Is there anyway to generate a plot for edge difference tests in Jasp?
Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on network analysis using JASP and I'm wondering if there's a way to generate a plot for edge difference test (a plot pasted below) directly within the JASP software. Specifically, I'm interested in visualizing the results of these tests. Any guidance or suggestions on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, JASP doesn't have this yet, but I have added your request to a list of requests for similar features, see: [Feature Request]: adding functionality to compare network structure across groups · Issue #2067 · jasp-stats/jasp-issues (github.com)
For now, your best bet would be to use this function in R: R: Bootstrapped difference test (r-project.org)
